Семь сплошных пластин толщиной 1.0 mm с зазором 4.0 mm. Светлые, холодные и электрохимически бездействующие. Здесь ничего не выработалось — на пластину просто ещё не нанесли покрытие.
Именно эти несколько микрон на поверхности превращают кусок титана в анод. В ячейке RP слой наносится на каждую пластину и на обе её стороны, потому что каждая пластина по очереди работает анодом.
Титан — это основа. Продукт — тёмная сатиновая поверхность, и именно её более дешёвый поставщик может незаметно сделать тоньше. Поэтому в коммерческом предложении спорить стоит о строке с удельной загрузкой покрытия.
