سبع صفائح صمّاء، سماكة 1.0 mm، تباعد 4.0 mm. لامعة وباردة وخاملة كهروكيميائياً. لا شيء هنا قد استُهلك — الصفيحة ببساطة لم تُطلَ بعد.
بضعة ميكرونات على السطح هي ما يحوّل قطعة التيتانيوم إلى أنود. في خلية RP تُوضَع الطبقة على كل صفيحة وعلى وجهيها معاً، لأن كل صفيحة تأخذ دورها كأنود.
التيتانيوم هو الركيزة. والسطح الساتيني الداكن هو المنتج — وهو الجزء الذي يستطيع مورّد أرخص أن يضعه أنحف دون أن يخبرك. لذا فالبند الذي يستحق النقاش في أي عرض سعر هو حِمل الطلاء.
